Our staff continue to follow a strict hygiene code and understand the importance (now more than ever) of regular and consistent hand washing. As an extra precaution, we have added additional hand sanitizer in the public areas of our property and each treetop suite. We insist staff refrain from physical contact, such as shaking hands, in addition to keeping a respectful distance from all each other and guests. We respectfully request all our visitors action these practices to ensure the continued health and safety of everyone. Daily room servicing is not available at this moment in time, stays longer than 3 days will have linen and towels refreshed every 3rd day. No mask, No entry. All guests are required to wear a face mask when checking in or at the communal areas. Guests must complete a Medical and Travel declaration, this will be emailed to you prior to your check in date, please complete it online if possible as this will speed up check in time, alternatively you will need to complete it at check in. Guests temperature’s will be taken when checking in and noted on the declaration. Any guest’s temperature recorded outside of the normal range (above 37.5˚C) will result in the deferment of the booking and the guest will be required to return home.
